Meh, so far I haven't seen any GC exclusives games that would justify me buying one.

Any popular XBOX exclusive will be on the PC within a year.
Microsoft isn't stupid.
PS2. It's just better overall.
Better games, better controls, can be placed upright, doesn't overheat.....
XBOX may have SLIGHTLY better graphics, but I don't think it's enough of a difference to waver the decision.
Placing your PS2 upright makes it more prone to disc-read errors, though. I've experienced it myself.
Gamecube is the way to go IMO.
Although that Transformer game does look pretty sweet, and if that's the main reason you're buying the system, then go with PS2.
Go with the PS2, then get an Xbox further down the road if you still want one.
I'm personally not a Nintendo fan so I have nothing good to say about the cube.
I own a Gamecube and PS2 and I love them both. I have never played the X-box so I have no opinion on it.
I have a XBox for sale.
I would say an Xbox. Everyone says PS2 has a better library. But the major games will either come out or be released for Xbox as well. Xbox has better graphics(which is a big deal when your talking about video games)Also it has a hard drive and you dont need to buy a memory card. You can also download music onto the x-box and play it in certain games.
Teh exclusives right now are better than ps2 and PS2 has alot of Japanese anim-ish games that xbox doesnt but thats only useful if your into that.
Xbox overall has better hardware and they have small controllers as well as the large ones.
I have both and Xbox is my preference.
